New Client Discovery
We are so happy to have you here with us. You have already taken a big step toward inner growth, simply by reaching out to us with your intentions. We would love to get to know you a little better and provide an opportunity for you to get to know yourself a little better as well. This questionnaire has been custom designed to get your gears turning, start observing details and habits, and explore areas of yourself that maybe you haven’t visited before. We find tremendous value in allowing yourself time to digest the meaning of these questions. Let them ruminate. Take some time with this list. Perhaps you read through once, then set it aside. Come back with fresh eyes to answer what you can and sleep on the rest. When you feel like you are finished, review what you have written and see if everything rings true. Challenge yourself to dig a little deeper. Do not judge yourself for any answers. Once complete, hit the submit button and we will be in touch within 48 hours of receipt. At our first session, we will briefly review your responses together. This entire process is a safe space.
