Policies

Thank you for joining us here at Boundless. We are so excited to begin this journey with you. We have put endless time, heart and intention into creating this program and we want you to get the full benefit. To achieve your maximum potential during this adventure together, there are guidelines that you must maintain. We take this relationship very seriously and hope that you practice a high-level of honesty, openness and effort. We will do the same. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us and we will discuss. Please take some time to read our policies below.

 

Procedure and preparation

Boundless values your time and we ask that you do the same for us. Please call us on time and be prepared for your session.  

Boundless requires a high level of commitment from each client so please give your session undivided attention.  Please refrain from driving, eating, or multitasking during your session. Make sure you have a clear connection in a quiet space with little distraction.

Payments

Payments for our time together must be paid in full before we begin our journey, unless we agreed upon other arrangements. We are happy to send you an invoice or we created this coaching services page where we accept PayPal (PayPal & Venmo) and Stripe (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover, and Apple Pay).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Changes and cancellations

Clients must connect with their Boundless Guide at the scheduled time. We will hold your session for 15 minutes after our time. Beyond this time frame, your session will be forfeited and charged at full price. If your absence is due to an emergency, Boundless will work around it and allow for a reschedule. If you must cancel a session ahead of time, 24-hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule.

To cancel or terminate services, you may send an email to ourjourney@helloboundless.com. We ask that you include a reason for cancellation or termination, and a list of any grievances or issues with the service provided. Please note that a refund for services already rendered will not be given. You will be charged for the services you have received and refunded for those not yet redeemed. 

Extra time

We are happy to support you beyond our designated session. If you feel you need a touch of Boundless guidance outside of the scheduled conversations, or just want to celebrate an epiphany with us, please feel free to share by phone, email or text. We would love to hear your enthusiasm for your progress and graciously offer our assistance if you have hit a roadblock. These small chats will not be billed but please be sure to keep them to a 5 or 10 minute conversation. When leaving a message, please relay if you are looking for a call back or simply calling to share a win.

Code of ethics

Boundless strictly adheres to the Code of Ethics set by the International Coaching Federation.

Confidentiality

Your new client discovery and any information shared with us during your sessions are held in complete and strict confidence between your Boundless Guides. For educational purposes, in our teacher training with other coaching professionals, we may share anecdotal topics anonymously and hypothetically, with all identifying information removed.

Difficulties

We want you to leave Boundless prepared. We hope you finish our journey together feeling completely satisfied, content, enthusiastic, valued and respected. If we ever say or do something that makes you feel uncomfortable, upset or at all diminished, please let us know in that moment or in any form of communication you prefer at your readiness. We promise to make amends and prevent the situation from ever happening again. We appreciate you for your steadfast openness and honesty.

Your mental health

We take your well-being very seriously. It is important that you know that our program at Boundless is not in any way a replacement for therapy or counseling. We are not certified, trained or licensed to give medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any mental health condition or disease. Anything you read on this website or hear from a Boundless Guide does not constitute treatment for a mental health related issue. Please consult with your physician or mental health care provider if you are suffering from a health related problem.

Your success

You must implement the guidance given to experience the full impact of our program. It is likely you came to us here at Boundless because you were ready to make a change in your habits, start a new endeavor and/or cultivate a growth mindset. If you do not follow our guidance you may remain stuck in the patterns you came to us with.

Any examples of success, earnings, or income shared through our website are only possibilities of what might happen now or in the future or are testimonials from real clients and their own personal experiences working with us. We cannot promise any particular financial outcome or feelings of enlightenment based on the use of our services. How long we retain your data

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

Returns

The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Online store

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ourjourney@helloboundless.com. 

Shipping

We use the USPS to ship all of our packages unless otherwise requested. The shipping process begins the day after you place your order & includes the time it takes me to receive, pack and ship your order. I hope to get it to your sooner, but generally you can expect the following shipping times.

Standard: 5-7 days turnaround time

Priority: 5 days turnaround

If you need it faster, please be aware of the extra cost you will incur.

To return your product, you should mail your product to to Niki on the West Coast or BB on the East Coast. Please contact us for our mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to discuss and mail your product to to Niki on the West Coast or BB on the East Coast. Please contact us for our mailing address.
